Building Service Inspector / Owner's Site Representative

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for monitoring and checking building services installations and ensuring that specifications, work procedures, work schedules, and quality control of works are strictly followed
- Check on-site to ensure all installed materials comply with contract specifications and working procedures;
- Assist project team to deal with and resolve all technical issues on site
- Monitor contractors' defect rectification works and deliver quality results within timeline
Requirements:
- Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services or related disciplines;
- At least 8 years of on-site experience;
- At least 3 years of experience on handover residential flat unit to property management and flat owners;
- Previous experience with property developers will be a definite advantage;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, systematic, and able to work under pressure;
- Good computer knowledge;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Owner's Site Representative
